Reservation Policy
To make any changes to an online booking please email us at panchosvp@panchos.com.au or phone us directly. No changes to an existing booking can be made via this online system.
All bookings are required to be confirmed within 24 hours prior to the date of the booking. We will endeavour to contact you generally by SMS. However if you have not been contacted please phone us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed bookings.
Please note that tables will only be held for 15 minutes. Unfortunately if you do not arrive on time we may not be able to seat you.
For some bookings on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a certain time frame.
